WHAT IS SMET?
Easy postures with slow rhythmic breathing release deep rooted stress by a stepwise journey into oneself by a 35 minutes session of deep relaxation and rest.

One day eight hours CM (Cyclic Meditation) Module.
2 days SMET –Self Management of excessive Tension. Saturday & Sunday.
3 days A SMET –Advanced Self management of excessive Tension-Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays.
Five days AVARTAN- REJUVENTATION- SMET –R (Monday to Friday).
