Chief Complain:

C/O Pain in the neck since 2 Years, gradual in onset associated with swelling in nape of neck and stiffness, tenderness in neck and upper back and tingling and numbness in first three finger. Pain aggrevates in mid night and while cooking food. She used to gets relief after applying hot fomentation.

MRI Report 31.10.2016:

Diffuse disc desiccation. Right paracentral disc protrusion/extrusion C5-C6 had causing right foraminal narrowing with compression upon right nerve root.

Results:

She was advised Acupuncture and Yoga Therapy. She under went 30 minutes of acupuncture treatment followed by 1 hour yoga therapy session for 15 Days. Her treatment was schedule from 3^rd September 2017 to 17^th September 2017. After 15 days of treatment patient reported improvement in symptoms. There was 100% reduction in swelling. Tenderness and stiffness was reduced by 90 % and pain was reduced by 80 %. Patient has no complain of numbness and tingling sensation after 15 days of treatment.
